Hi Arthur

Not a daft question at all. I had that 'lightbulb' moment but unfortunately I am printing on the correct side of the paper.
Did try another image and not quite right either....going down the head clean, repeat, etc that Scotty has suggested. Good tip about a colour patch text....am going to do that once I have this issue resolved.

I had the same problem with a mug image, i printed the image, showed the customer,brill,did not notice the first print out was with the profile and the second wasn't, difference was slight , so check your profile settings

Must have done about a dozen cleans and still not back to normal

Angloman...what is the profile setting you talk of? can this really get even more complicated :(

Failing all this, can you just enhance the image itself slightly. Play with the colour values. Sometimes you have to cheat the process

I'm having the exact problem. 170 for 120 secs. The black seems to be brown and really faded around the edges. Sooo annoying. Will have to have a play about with it later but I've now got four duff mugs :o(
