Guess you could try sublimation on these 117 for a fiver!!

As someone who's been playing guitar since I was 13 or so I can honestly tell you that printed plectrums never, EVER last. They are pretty much nothing more than a novelty (a nice one, though).

The only plectrums I've ever had that have an image that's lasted is one that's been moulded with that image.

Don't worry about quality of the pick, worry about being able to get a good image on to it.
