Flex should be blue blade adjuster, pressure of between 8 and 14 depending on the sharpness of the blade and thickness of the flex and keep the speed at 10.
Always try the test cut first to quickly check.

it dont need to be sticky as yet. as we have in plans to do separate section for guides, tutorials, times and temps etc... so fingers crossed so we can introduce it asap.

What time and temp for that one? Same as for flock? I do that 180c for 20sec.

Time for flex - again, depends on which flex you're using. I tend to press ours at 170 for 20 seconds. Some are hot peal, some are cool peal. The hot peal ones are usually very sticky before you start. If you have the press too hot then you'll leave a glue mark around the edge of the writing!
