Has anybody used these printers for sublimation,both have ciss and ink available

Both are A3,hp is all in one where the epson 1500w is cd printer as well with better spec but printer only

You can't use HP printers for sublimation. If you want an alternative to Epson, then look at Brother inkjet printers.

why not hp ? they have a ciss available

Yes, you can use the Brother.
It's not the availability of CISS or refill carts that defines whether you can use sublimation ink in a printer, it's the print head technology. If a printer uses heat in the print head (to effectively boil the ink, and the increae of pressure forces the ink out - a la bubble jet) then the ink will sublimate in the printer. Epson's printers uses an electronic system, called piezo-electric which doesn't have this problem. Brother's also use this type of technology, along with a load of wide format printers use Epson's print heads.
