Thanks, great video galerion.
When I send a mug I bubble wrap it then put it in the box that it came in. A bit tight but it fits. Then I use a double layer of bubble wrap, then corrugated cardboard wrapped around to enclose everything. Since doing it like this, we've had no breakages and it only costs £2.60 second class.

Personally I put the mugs in 180mm x 230mm bubble wrap bags with peel and seal strips and then use smash proof boxes not had any break doing this as yet. What i could really do with doing is finding some nice gift boxes that hold 2 mugs and some boxes equally as good as the smash proof ones to put them in.

Great if your average ebayer would actually pay for packaging.

Keeping the handle away from the edge of the packaging is sound advice.
