If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is! Wouldn't touch those inkson ebay with a dozen barge poles.

There does seem to be quite a flood of cheap sublimation ink on Ebay at the moment. My advice would be that you need consistency in your ink, in that you can't keep swapping ink manufacturers with what ever is cheapest on Ebay when you need some - as your colours will shift with each change. This is going to be especially true if you are buying an unbranded/Chinese ink, as you won't know what you're actually getting, to then be able to get the same again when it comes to refilling. Also, the quality is then unknown as to how well produced the ink is, and how easily it will flow or clog your printer.
A lot of the current cheap inks are also from relatively new sellers, with little or no feedback, some obviously trying to skirt around Sawgrass with offering their inks for "free" when buying other things, or continuously setting up new Ebay accounts each time they caught.
On the other hand, there are sellers on there, that have been selling on Ebay for years, with quality branded inks, and lots of feedback from happy customers, so not everything on there is bad. It's just another marketplace after all, and it shouldn't be assumed that everyone using it as an easy route to market is a cowboy, or that their products are low quality.
