Ricoh SG 3110 problem

Recently my Ricoh printer decided to throw up an error code. As it is under warranty BMS sorted this problem out quickly with another set of inks and some info on error code reset. All worked fine after replacing inks and resetting code. However less than a week later the printer then decided it was going to produce lines in the output print.

Anyone else had problems with lines in the print on these printers ?
