hi thanks for the reply, yes I have been there but half way through the profile download it stops, and wants information I do not have, so will not continue installing so I was wondering if there is a disc with windows 7 icc profile on that I can buy as the original disc I have will only install on vista or xp

Oh dear! I fear the answer may be no as I'm pretty sure Sawgrass have switched to Download only for profiles and Powerdriver.

I have uploaded the profile here (with a couple of other files which might be of help) I have for the 1400 which should work if you drop them in the color profiles draw.
[FONT=&quot]C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\Color\ by default or in [FONT=&quot]c:\windows\SysWOW64\spool\drivers\color\ (for 64 bit systems)
or just right click and select install. ICC profiles work regardless of OS version.

hi david, thanks for taking the time to help unfortunately trying to drop the profile in to c:\windows\SysWOW64\spool\drivers\color\ did not work and right clicking did not work if I remember right when I was on xp and vista you right click install profile and when you click on profile if the profile has installed it then says uninstall also when I tried the green icon profile you sent all I can get is the same as the message I got when I tried to download from sawgrass I have attached the form they want filled in unfortunately I had a stroke last year and my memory is shot so I can't remember the way to get the info I need to install the profile
but once again thanks for taking the time to help it may be easier just to buy a second hand vista laptop and use just for the printing

you could try an earlier version of the installer from here and see if it works on your system, it doesn't ask for registration (scroll down the lower right of the web page to find it). can't understand why the icc profile won't paste into the color drawer have you tried putting them into "c:\windows\System32\spool\drivers\color\" as well? You could try this: On Windows 7, go to the Windows Control panel > Color management > All Profiles > Add
