I believe parody is permissible under US copyright law, so that's what Weenicons are doing.

this case is on bbc1 now don't know the name its where they send baliffs in to companys however they seemed to give him a fair few oppurtunitys to just stop doing it and there would be problem its that he kept doing it where the problem is , trading standards told him to destroy the stuff but he didnt and kept selling

They've taken it off the iPlayer already. Did anyone watch it, what was the outcome when they went to enforce the judgement?

he paid them just under 9.000 pounds, He paid up no trouble, must be rolling in it, I think trading standards ask him to take a few more things off. Had a look at website he has hundreds of licences.
