One definitely runs out, the '907 patent. The one which they use to say that they are the only ones who can make/sell sublimation inks, certainly the one they've used in previous court battles, although equally the one used in the battle with TOG where the court ruled it wasn't actually valid for what they said it was. decided to go with the ricoh and am going to buy some inks.
