OPENING A DXF FILE IN CRAFT ROBO

When saving an ai file in Corel to be opened in the craft robo software I have in the past saved it as a DXF file. This morning i'm doing the same and have saved 3 images in this way, one I can open fine but when I try to open the others a mesage pops up saying " No valid data" Any ideas??
