hey all
i am looking for what you guys think is the best paper,
i currently use A4 magic touch dye sub paper (200 pack) £25, works out on average at 12p per page and around 4p per item depending what i am making
i mainly do mugs and rock slates. i find the quality to be great, i always used magic touch for their paper
so i would be interested to see what you all think works best, so far i am swayed at the xpress paper here or their trupix one here purely by going through many posts on here regarding paper.
i think changing suppliers is not a great option as i do like magic touch but i also read it is best not to have all your eggs in one basket so i am looking for answers to add to my options :)

Depends on your inks - if you are using Sawgrass, then we do know that TruePix releases the optimum amount of ink on both hard and soft surfaces. Texprint standard is good for soft surfaces ( but not for hard) , TexPrint-R is good for hard surface.
I have not yet seen test results with the Xpres & TMT papers, but both are reputable so should be good. Why not ask for samples to compare?

hey sawgrass thank you for speedy reply. i am using a ricoh gxe3300n a4 printer, with sawgrass inks.
i suppose i could ask for samples as it will probably be the best way for me to make my mind up.
i will get on to xpress now :)
this should all still work perfectly fine with my power driver set up?
standard download from your site i done a few months back, i believe it replaces the icc profile i had from sawgrass also, may have worded this wrong but i hope it makes enough since to be answered as i dont know how to word it any other way :)
