T shirt template

Hi im new to sublimation and have been asked to do a few t shirts, ive seen a few people who drag there design on to a tshirt template to display it on the computer before printing, where do i get this template from please

i have not done many tshirts or done any for over a year now, but i got my tshirt templates from here

but before that it was a complete guess for me..
other members who do tshirts will maybe have a better template tho so worth hanging around
