Colour Problems Epson WF-7015

I use an A4 Ricoh however decided to get an Epson WF7015 A3 to do some large items, this came with refillable cartridges and was told by the seller I will not need any specific print profiles.

Set it up and it worked amazing, colours/quality great, then the odd one just comes out with a yellowy tinge, I have tried head cleaning however I get the same results. This only happens on certain images. The ink I am using I bought from a UK seller however it is none branded (very good reviews) so thinking that maybe it has something to do with that OR I need a profile set up, the fact that it is a temperamental problem baffles me.

Some of my images are not coming out the same colour as shown on my screen, however some will.

Another problem I have faced is when printing a garment the paper turns the garment a yellow colour, this ONLY happens when printed through the Epson, when I use the same paper through my Ricoh it does not happen, again another problem thats baffled me, I would assume it is a problem wth the paper.

I have attached some images and any advise would be greatly appreciated. Even if i get a kick up the backside for using none gen inks
Looking at how the photo pillow has photographed it doesnt look that bad but in real life it has a very yellow tinge to it.

Whatever the seller told you is lies, you NEED an ICC profile for your computer/printer to know what colours to print how - without it your printer is effectively colour blind.
Also, do some reading up on Colour Management, as knowing how to set this up correctly in Photoshop (or whatever graphics software you are printing from) is key to having consistent colour results... Even with the correct ICC profile, if you don't know how to use it, and use it wrongly you will still get bad results.
Your prints are obviously sublimating, so they must be genuine, you just need a profile, if the manufacturer/supplier of your inks can't supply one, then PM user Paul on here to discuss getting one made.
IF you are forking out money for a profile to be made though, you NEED to know exactly what inks you are using, as the profile will be specific to that ink brand, also make sure that your supplier isn't the only source of this brand, as if he stops supplying (or changes to a different brand) you'll need to get a new profile made.

The things that would worry me in your situation is if you get a profile made, everything may work well but if you buy another batch of ink from the same supplier you wouldn't know if you were getting the same ink again as there is no name - then you will be back to square One trying to work out where the problem lies.

I guess pisquee just said the same thing, just using more words !

It all comes down to how trustworthy/reliable the seller is. If he was selling a gfood quality branded ink, you'd think he'd want to shout about it at least in his advertising, even if he hasn't labelled his bottles, if the OP doesn't know the brand of ink at all, this would lead me to believe that it probably isn't a good/known brand, and thus more likely to change when/if the seller finds a lower priced supply.

Thank you both for your responses. I use photoshop and know a bit about colour management so I am sure the issue is not there.
I think I may change the ink to save the hassle, as you say I would rather a profile made to suit a reputable brand rather than a no name.

I got the ink from signzworld and despite the ok reputation of the ink there was no after support to help with problems/ profiles etc, they do also sell Korean ink which I believe is the same as artainium inks?

Excuse the lack of knowlege, I am really new to the whole ink situation having always used a Ricoh so unsure what to buy, any advice would be appreciated.
