Look for Blue Back, assuming you do not mind that it has a blue backing.
This is the paper that is used for large advertisements on the highways and in the London Underground etc
Cheap as chips.
I know that Atech in Welwyn Garden City sell it and will cut to any width for you.

Is butcher paper the same as chip shop paper by any chance?

I worked at a printers where they had packs of this and it was quite useful for sublimation, protecting the lower platen etc.

Hi Guys
Justin you are right it is for the platens. hmm does the blue stuff give off it's blue?
I have just ordered a roll of lining paper to play with, but all cheaper options welcome.
