if you deal with magic touch, they have some downloads available for the world cup - just ideas - and urge you NOT to use in anyway shape or form the 3 lions.

why not contact your local pub/football team ( or if you live in a town where one of the team comes from) could you not personalise the flags/whatever to say something to make the support more local ??
