It didn't say anything, I cleaned the heads a few times then did a flush.socialgiraffe;78251 wrote:It looks to me as if there are a few blocked heads. What did the nozzle check produce?

The nozzle check/test print will print out a chart showing if there are any/how many nozzles blocked. Looking at the prints though, it does seem you have some blocked nozzles, or there is a fault with the new cart not delivering the ink to the printer properly (which would have a similar result on the test print)
You should contact Sawgrass (PM them on here maybe) and/or who you bought the new ink cart from.

Here is Tania's nozzle check after a head clean. You need to contact Sawgrass as mentioned above. Barbara was on here earlier so you may just catch her...

Re: Ricoh SG3110n
I contacted Sawgrass who gave me a process to follow. The final result remained the same, The Nozzle check was not consistent. I am now waiting for a response as to whether they will replace the machine and inks as I only purchased it in February and is only used to produce products for the charity. Fingers Crossed, I have over 400 items to sublimate before the 8th and 9th November. Thank you everyone for advice and help to resolve this.

Hi Tania
If you want to email the files you need printing over to me, I will print them for you and post them back to keep you going whilst you wait for your printer to be sorted if you like (just charge you the cost of my ink and paper)?

Sawgrass have decided not to help with any compensation. Their on trouble shooting recommendation used almost a complete set of inks! They said I have caused a problem by turning the machine off, (which I don't) the machine powers down so the screen is blank but the blue light remains on. I thought a compromise might of been reached not just because we are a charity but because it would have been the fair thing to do.

Tania - I am investigating this. Can you confirm which Sawgrass Dealer you bought the printer from and at what date?Tania;78348 wrote:Sawgrass have decided not to help with any compensation.
