I have used my printer since March without too many problems. I have a show next weekend, have just gone to do a print run and everything looks faded as thought the red
is not working, the inks are fairly new but have done a small run from this batch without a problem. I now have an error SC20200 !

Have you done a nozzle check?

Yes and a flush, the error code came on after I did this! The message has cleared but there are lines running down the images, I have cleaned the nozzles several times. It is strange, this has happened since fitting a new Cyan cartridge.

Can you post a picture of the nozzle check and also the last print you did?

My husband is trying to scan the image. I have sublimated a couple of items since the problem despite the grain, everything looks washed out. Could it possibly be the paper, I bought some XP4072A paper from BMS that was slightly cheaper than the usual paper.?

Unlikely, I switched to that paper sometime ago when I went on a cost saving purge. Have printed a good few thousand sheets with no problems on mugs. Am printing using a Ricoh GX7000

It looks to me as if there are a few blocked heads. What did the nozzle check produce?
