Hi personlizedgiftz
There are a few different options for what you want to do and you seem to be going round in circles with this and the other thread you started, so below is an outline of what your options are:
SCREENPRINT: Will not say anything about this as your forum name suggests individual products and not mass produced
DIRECT TO GARMENT: Specialist printer that prints direct on to a garment. Cost of machine starts about £8000 for a machine that can do light and dark garments. DTG will give you a superb finished item but you are restricted on what types of garments you can print on (i.e. you can not print on full zip hoodies).
SUBLIMATION: You need a supported sublimation printer. Assuming you are only printing up to A3 then look at the Sawgrass website for supported machines and then contact a dye sublimation specialist reseller (although I think you already have a sublimation printer). Sublimation is only for light coloured garments. Sublimation will give you the a superb finished item.
CHOMABLAST: You will need a supported printer and again look at the Sawgrass website. This is also only for light coloured garments. If you want to switch your current machine Martin suggests that this might cost you half a set of inks and a waste toner unit.
LASER TRANSFER: You will need a decent OKI printer. There are other makes of laser printer but OKI seem to be the better machines out there. You do not need special inks and can pretty much use any after market toner for these machines. Look at earlier posts for suggested models and do a search on this forum for other info. With laser transfer you can print on light and dark garments. Dark garments need a special two part transfer paper and there is an excellent thread about papers on the forum.
LASER TRANSFER WITH WHITE: These are the latest machines and are £2000 for an A4 model. They can print transfers for light and dark garments using special papers which again is covered in the forum
There are other methods, some costing as much as DTG and others which are a simple cutter and some vinyl. But I think the above are you best choices for now
I hope that above answers all your questions!

There is a thread on the forum started by DAVE271069 specifically about the different types of laser printer papers (YOLO, TMT, TARGET) which will give you a good insight to the various papers on the market and also if they work or not.
