Anyone got an idea where I can find this sort of patch from? I did have some from Listawood but they don't appear to do them anymore.

golden finishes are the guys that wouldve supplied listawood with these i thought they still did tbh, but you can try them direct or i have a feeling they also supply through ralawise but i might be wrong on that

Ralawise did used to do them but don't anymore. Like purpledragon said I would try direct with GF.
