Re: 45 x 42 cm Tote Bags - Not from transferpress

Post by Benn81 »

Hey guys,

Just received my batch of tote bags from transferpress to find the quality terrible, they really don't feel durable. After a phone call i discovered that there supplier has changed the quality of the bag.

Orginal bags i got had a code inside : peq(p) q2

The new batch has the code: peq(p) q1

Does anyone know where i can get the size 45x42 and with the thicker quality: peq(p) q2

Cheers

Do you require sublimation or cotton?

Good luck, can't help with this but useful for me as I may have a bag job coming up and was looking at these.

In terms of what you are looking for it sounds like you want the 4-5 ounce ones. Many companies sell 3 ounce bags which are like toilet paper.

Toilet paper is a pretty good description. I wouldn't trust putting a pint of milk in the bag that's for sure.

Transferpress have slightly bigger bag with black handles (beach bags) apparently they are the thicker quality however they want £2.25 a bag. Compared to 84p.

If you do find any let me know.

I used to sell blank cotton 5oz bags, I don't anymore but carrierbagshop.co.uk do them at about 40p each.

They transfer lovely using TTC 3.1 through a laser printer.

Might be worth you looking at them.

I know it would mean investing in a laser printer, but at half the price of a sublimation bag you would soon get your money back.
