Re: Removal of powerdriver...

Hello
I have installed a power driver and it has done it twice. Is there a way to remove it and start again? I have tried using super cleaner pro from sawgrass but it does not bring anything up?

Thanks

That is ok, I have removed it through uninstall programmes. I ha having issues because when I had the power driver and the profile installed and I printed through photoshop it crashed or would not print. I tried selecting both my Ricoh printer and the power driver fromn the drop down before pressing print and nothing would work. It all worked fine before installing.

Does anyone know what I have done wrong as I have never done this before.

Thanks
A

I found a removal program on Sawgrass site but when I ran it, it couldn't find Powerdriver! So I also use an uninstall program.

I just system restored as I had nothing else recently added to my computer so I had nothing to lose and it now works. I just use the profile

If you can not contact the guys you purchased your printer from then I suggest you contact Sawgrass direct. They are decent people so a quick phone call may help. They will want to know what version of Photoshop you are running, on what platform and also what powerdriver you downloaded so make sure you have that info to hand.

Good luck!
