OK, so we have 100% poly fabric (which should print well)
We have proper transfer paper
We have good inks

So, if we assume ...
1. you are printing to the correct side of the paper (I think TruPix paper has TruPix printed on the reverse so it would be silly to print on the wrong side)
2. the fabric is actually 100% poly, and has no other fabrics or coatings mixed in with it

then the only variable left is your heat press...

So, you say that your press is set to 200 degrees - but, is this celcius or fahrenheit? If it doesn't say, and you don't have a suitable thermometer, then try setting it to 390 degrees and see what happens. 60 seconds will be enough rather than 80. And get the press tight - so should not be able to pull the fabric out of the press once closed.

TruPix is blank on the reverse but less white. There are some sublimation papers with writing on the back to prevent you from printing to the wrong side.
