Basically, you're printing over a luminescent panel that has a greenish/off-white colour to it. Only areas that have no print will glow - so, if you're printing a full wrap photo with no "white" areas, forget anything glowing.
It works reasonably well for logos but, therein lies the problem. What business dishes up mugs to be used in the dark?
The mugs glow the best when first subjected to a lot of light, and then placed in an area of no light. If it's regular light fading to a mild or low-light (such as when someone turns down the lights for a presentation), you don't see much of the glowing effect.
In short, it's a nice novelty, but I've hardly sold any (mainly because of how they don't really work with photos).
