Mugs faded is it my sub prints?
Re: Mugs faded is it my sub prints?
Hi got all my stuff from coralgraph. Top company but they are closed now for the night. I connected my Ricoh sg3110 up and set it up. I then printed my first sublimation picture. It didnt look like a normal picture it looked very matt and a bit faded. I did a cup and it looked a bit faded and the colours not right. I used the printer set on default settings. Do I need to set the paper settings to something special and do i need to set it to some kind of colour profile? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi have you installed powerdriver and selected powerdriver as the printer?

Do you have the paper print side down in the printer? Make sure you install the printer, powerdriver as per Sawgrass website, also ensure your software is set up right.

As others have referred you need to set this up correctly. Here is the link which you should follow through to check all your settings, install relevant PowerDriver and configure it correctly. The support documents here are all you need:Tryweryn;75053 wrote:Hi got all my stuff from coralgraph. Top company but they are closed now for the night. I connected my Ricoh sg3110 up and set it up. Top advice...drivers added. I did notice I gave the first cup 250s after it heated up. The last 10s after it heated up. Colours and picture sharp. Thanks guys.
