best method to print this?

ive had a photographer contact me and wants some images printed onto t-shirts, one of the images is below and he wants it on a black t-shirt what do you recommend i use?
i have accsess to a laser printer and TRANSFER BUT IM NOT THINKING THIS WILL LOOK GOOD,
does anyone do DTG is it viable for single t-shirts or would it need to be bulk as im guessing screen printing is way off

Stich-ip printed some amazing flames on blac tees with his neoflex. And this is perfect tool for one off's.
