Sorry for raising it on here I just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing the downtime. Still down btw though :(

i hear what you're saying paul but I'm more with smo with the view that 1 hour of downtime is bad enough let alone 8 hours+ and counting.

yep me too i'm not happy

if you want to leave thats fine go ahead by all means
i'd love to be able to offer 100% uptime and for the prices that other hosts charge i might be able to
but i can offer 99.9% for the cheap prices i offer

it's not very often the server is down and when it is it's only for a few minutes usually
this is a rarity and not acceptable from anyone including me

once it's back up you can transfer your files over unless you still have them backed up like i advised you to then you can go elsewhere now

Thank you for your honesty and i will think about it. I understand that there will be downtime and its probably just really bad timing for it to happen less than a week after I joined lol. I think it's just that when my email goes down too then that affects my business much more at the moment than having the website down.
