Okay

Looking at the image I do not think there is anyway you are going to get the image to bleed off the bottom. The taper is too much and as you rightly say, the paper creases. If there is nothing you can do to alter the design (and I am not saying you should) then all you can do is go back to BMS and see if they have straighter mugs.

With regards to the height difference, this is normal and to be honest no something to worry about. There is always a tolerance on things like mugs and it is not something to worry about. If a customer does complain then just explain that items like this do have a variance.

If you go in any shop you will see that there is a tolerance on other printed mugs too.

He wasn't buying cheap as they were RN coated from BMS. If were unbranded from ebay then that saying might apply.

Xpert, hadn't you previously offered your own mugs for sale on here with the pitch being that they were cheaper than anyone else?

Sure did, but got so many warnings etc, it wasn't worth upsetting the Sellers on here, still got the same mugs at the same price but won't sell them on here, shame as it's a Forum to benefit the people using it, but it's also a marketing tool for a few retailers as well who call the shots.
It's not my fault that the price of mugs are kept artificially high, probably the same reason why all petrol is the same price within a couple of pence.

my point was, your comment about "buy cheap, buy twice" when you were trying to sell your mugs here on the premise of them being cheaper than anyone else - hoe can the BCBT mantra apply to other sellers, but not yourself?
There's price fixing going on in so many different industries, but surely in sublimation, it's ink and not mugs where the biggest problem is?

My Euro mugs have the same problem which gives a bit of fading at the bottom. From BMS....shame really as the mug gives great colours etc and BMS is such a nice company to deal with. Hope they sort it.
