One of my mug presses, which was bought 2nd hand from here, needed a new heat blanket, i emailed Henry at Coralgraph, who by return sent me a photo of the ones they do for easy identification, and after i emailed him a photo of the one i have, we have made a match, i really wanted to say just how much help Henry is, and how he has saved me a lot of money, as another company wanted £60 for a "probable" match and Coralgraphs one was £24 inc postage.

looking forward to getting the old heat press back on the go as its good for my el grande mugs

Done exact same thing with henry. Exchanged photos and bang! New blanket on it way next day!
