Hi Guys
Customer wants a banner printing, they have sent me a ppt file but i cant open it.
need some help with this one please,would someone be able to open file and re save as a eps for me.
cant upload he file on here its not supported

Its a Powerpoint file. If you don't have a copy of powerpoint you could ask your client to export it as a jpg for you. I havent used PP for a while and can't remember if there are any other options for saving it to. By getting your client to export it at least you will know that the file is correct as I seem to remember that sometimes elements could drop out if the file wasn't formatted correctly. I'll have a look and see if I still have pp installed.
It can be exported as Tiff and pdf so get them to send it to you in that format.

Used an online service like this one to do something similar before, may be worth a try?

Managed to open the file now but its not going to be any use. Anything above postage stamp size and it goes all to pot.

you should be able to download PowerPoint viewer and open it that way. Microsoft have these viewer applications for just this purpose.stuart;74231 wrote:Hi Guys
