This is a thumbs up for coralgraph and useful for newbies.
I had quite a large delivery, one more box and it probably would have been a pallet. Delivery by Parcel Force. Ordered Friday, arrives Saturday morning .... well 2/3rds of it and of the 2/3rds 1/5th was smashed. The breakage was in spite of excellent packaging, they had obviously had a rough ride!
Email to Henry (polite as all ways, no point in ranting), Henry gets on and gets it sorted. The missing third was eventually returned to Henry by parcel force completely smashed!
This order was fairly large, there was an issue, it was sorted, no hassle, good communication.
If you want so save pennies, go ahead, if it goes wrong or doesn't work, and the support is non existent .... well blame yourself.

I have always found Henry to be most helpful and supportive when ever anything goes wrong.
