hi,
i have just bought the Artainium Cis for my Epson 1400. i having an issue with the ink button having a solid red light, apparently that means that the ink needs changed. i have tried to use the chip resetter which is attached to the cartridges and still has the light showing, has anyone had this problem? or know or a way in which i can resolve it?
any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Ricky

Try removing the cart assembly from the printer and ensure it clicks and seats back in properly. Press the printer button to move the carriage out ready for cart change and then press and hold the little button for 5 seconds. Press the printer button again and see what happens.

The chips could be faulty on the cart assembly, I've had that with mine and the supplier sent out a replacement.
