When pressing image onto pastel coloured cool tee (wicking type) we are being left with :-

1) heat tape marks

2)platen mark

3)paper marks

Have tried lowering temp slightly, reducing pressure and washing garment, none of which solves the above problems.
Would appreciate some guidance as this poses to be real problem for us. Thank you

Paper marks can be removed by carefully tearing the edge of the paper before you press it.

Platen mark is something that should dissapear in the first wash but you can try reducing your pressure a little as well.

Heat tape marks....are you using the green heat tape? If so, personally I only use the brown tape now, no residue on anything.

Thanks for reply, tape is clear. Where do you source brown tape?
