A lot of the time with Ebay, sellers don't want to deal with posting stuff, but are quite happy to box something up for you to arrange your own courier to collect it from them. I've done this a lot, even for items with postage offered as again, a lot of Ebay sellers think the only option for sending stuff is RoyalMail/ParcelForce. Both of these especially true for large/heavy items - they think the only option is RM/PF and that it is either too big/heavy for RM to even take, and too expensive for PF to be an option.
I've bought quite a few big/heavy things on Ebay which were advertised as collection only (big heat presses and large format printers), got the seller to starp it to a pallet, and had it collected.

I have an epson 1400 and it's all in good working order...but I live in fear of the day it stops working and I'm in the middle of a really busy time.
Do you think it's all in working order and how much would postage be...jumping the gun a bit...
Kind regards,
Charis

If you use Collect+ you should be able to send it for £6.99, unless they have changed the price?
