What size heat tape and why?

Hello, Just about to order some heat tape and i was just wondering what size do you guys use and why you use it?
I have a short attention span.... HEY LOOK A PLANE!

I use 5mm as I only do mugs, some people find it too small for items such as plaques etc.

It really is your personal preference as to what you use and what you find easiest.

Remember the smaller the width the smaller the sticky bit so you may end up using more of it on things like slates.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...

10mm for me, I can't get on with anything smaller

I don't really think it is the size that matters, its what you do with it!

We use 10mm here for everything from a mug/dog bowl through to a phone case, jelli or chromaluxe panel :)

Thanks for all your input ive got a some 5mm at the moment attached to a normal selotape dispenser. Will see how i get on :)
