I'm after a plain mug template for a 110z mug in PSD file format

All you need to do is create a new file, measuring 95mm tall (if that is the height of your mug) x whatever width your mug press will do. To check the width, place a piece of string around the mug from where you can get a decent print by the handle and wrap it round the other side, then measure the string. If you want a width larger than 200mm then you'll need to print in landscape on the paper.

All you need to do is create a new file, custom settings at, say 95mm x 220mm x 300dpi and you have your template. Once you've done your artwork then flatten the image, create a new document, say A4 in landscape (297mm x 210mm x 300dpi) and drag the finished artwork into the new document, position it so you can get another printed on the same document and you can then print 2 up on 1 A4 sheet.
