BFPO - Cyprus how?

I have friends stationed in Cyprus and I want to get 3 boxes each weighing just under 20kg to them. The BFPO site has me very confused!
Do I roll up at the post office with them? Go to a depot? The costing has me confused, little stars and hashes everywhere.... I am done in trying to work it out. I must be having a dumb day, it can't really be that difficult... can it?
