Whats it called?

Ive dragged my embroidery machine out and having to do some baby stuff im looking for the soft stuff you iron on the back AFTER ive embroidered,
but for the life of me i cant remember what its called, it protects the skin from the embroidery, and you iron it on the inside of the garment after embroidering, its white, any ideas?

Edit - looking at it its not the same but may do the same job, the other stuff i meant was a material.
