The Transfer Press have some children's rucksacks with drawstring top, covered by the sub'able flap.

Hi Sharyn

As you are in Australia you may want to look at who supplies BAG BASE bags. They have quite a few 100% Polyester bags including the one shown above sold by BTC Activewear for a list price of £1.09 per unit.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
