Where can I find ...Folding hand fans for sublimation?

Once upon a time I did see these on one of the sites that sell blanks. Can't for the life of me remember who/where although it was possibly an American site? (I am in Australia)
Does anyone know where these may be purchased (in quantities less than 1000)?
I emailed the contact from where I got this picture (China) and am awaiting a reply. However in the meantime thought I would ask about.
The description said that it is for sublimation with a heat press and gave time and temp. [ATTACH=CONFIG]1780[/ATTACH]
Also said could be printed on both sides.
