just bought ricoh sg3110dn and dint really know how to set it up properly i have an icc as it was free with the printer from the transfer press where i bought it from , i went on the sawgrass website downloaded it and had to put my printer serial number in and stuff, i also use corelgraph which i used with my old printer ( epson s22 ) i just find the quality and density in colour is poorer on the ricoh than it used to be on the epson , can any one help me too which settings or anything i am supposed to do to fix this problem, thanks guys

Full setup instructions using PowerDriver (recommended) is on the Sawgrass website (www.sawgrasseurope.com). Make sure all this is followed correctly and prints should be excellent. Ensure you've removed any colour profiling associated with S22.

Has anyone tried comparing results of letting PS do the full colour management with appropriate ICCs, to letting PowerDriver handle it?

I've recently moved from windows to Mac. In windows I used Photoshop with Powerdriver, and on the Mac, I use the sawgrass ICC profile.

I honestly can't see any difference in items printed using either method.

I think it is shameful that your supplier (Transfer press?) will sell you kit and give you no help in setting it up !
