Photo gift business for sale

After 8 years of trading I have decided to sell my business, Mybiggerpicture.com. If possible, I would really like to sell it as a going concern, which would include:

DK20JS Flat bed Swingaway Heat Press
Heatjet 43 Rotary Heat Press
Epson 9400 Wide format printer (converted to sublimation)
Xpres Mug Press
Website - content managed with image upload facility (cost £10,000 in 2010)
Database with 11,000 customers
Industrial sewing machine
Industrial Overlocker
All existing stock including fabrics, canvases and other ready made items.

The business has contracts to make photo gifts for Photobox (prints by us, manufacture of bags by third party), and also for Snappy Snaps (mainly cushions but some canvases and gifts). However, equipment, website and database may be available to purchase if no offer for the whole business is received.

If you dont mind me asking...
You say you have data base with 11.000 customers. Are they all customers that actually purchased from you at least once or are they people who just subscribed to your web site for news and offers?
Also another think, I can be wrong and is proven i am a lot but is it legal to sell customers data bases? I thought you will have to let customers know that you selling business and if they wish to stay on the list?
