Printing on Hi Viz Jackets

Ok this could be a daft question, but BMS have some hi viz that say can be done with sublimation. My question is I thought the background had to be white for this process? Or is there a big white patch on the back?

I was just going to do embroidery on them, but having just seen these I thought that maybe that could be a good idea. The print is just a black design, so would this be ok? Anyone tried these?

if is only blavk then you can sublimate on ANY hi viz jacket. and you dont need white area

Thanks for that Paul, think this may be a quicker and cheaper way of doing it.
