need help with label

Hi can anyone help me,
i use TMT's obm for dark t shirts as a label on the inside of my cushions, i have today just buggered up my OKI printer and need to make some labels for Saturday at the latest. I have just tried an inkjet dark paper and i'm not so sure it will last, just putting it through the washer now also the image is not as sharp as a laser print
The image has on an A4 sheet has of these [ATTACH=CONFIG]1756[/ATTACH]
if anyone can help i can email over the file and if you can give me a quote
