Iphone Case Posting?

Hey guys, how do you post your iPhone cases?,

i have been just been sticking them in jiffy bags then sending them out. All been fine for months.

This month though i have had loads of returns about the cases being cracked on the side. Not sure if my latest cases are much weaker

These are the hard plastic ones.

I would wrap them in bubble wrap too but i would like to keep them at the large letter size for posting.

Any tips?

I bet they are all iPhone 4 size as well?

There is another dodgy batch through and as they all tend to come from Bestsub it could be from a few different UK sources.

Yep all iPhone 4, very weird as i have been posting this way for ages just seems in the last couple of weeks the problems have arrived.
