Hi All
Today my Ricoh SG 3110DN has started printing with faint horizontal line across all the images, I have contacted BMS and they suggested a firmware update, they have sent me a link for the firmware update which I have downloaded. I can't for the life of me figure out how to send the update to the printer.

I am running windows XP OS and the printer is connected via USB.

It's Ok couldn't see what was right in-front of my eyes
