Coralgraph sublimation paper won't be helping you much I'm afraid, I tested it and wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Hi viccar, when you say you put a blank mug in at the start do you then leave this in for the 160 seconds after it's reached the 170 or, once it's reached 170 do you then swap and put in the actual mug you want printing (as the one you put in at the start was a warm up mug) could you clarify please

Yep, their (coralgraph) paper is terrible, I've fallen foul of that too. It was paul on here who directed me to xpres economy sublimation paper which is good :)

Yes the one i put in is a warm up mug, and once it gets to temp, i swap the mugs over and put the one i want printing in, then switch the red switch (if youve set it) and when it beeps after 160 seconds then take the mug out.
I then put the next mug straight in, or if just doing the one mug, i put the warm up mug in the press again, and leave it there. Turning the press off. (so its a cooling mug as well)

Suggest to check our heating time and temperature guide (Instruction no2) on our website (link below) ,please note these temperatures and times are advice it can be more or less according to your requirements and you can change it of course

http://www.coralgraph.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=9

Also you can find the configuration guide / Icc profile on the same page (instruction no 22/23/24/25) above

Also we have a video for all the press we sell ( 11 type ) if you click on the link below you can view the videos (the page might take time to load)

http://www.coralgraph.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=7

with regards the comments for the papers im not sure which papers you purchased obviously if you use Ricoh we dont advise to use the cheaper 108GSM economy paper like this below

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100-Sheet-Sub ... 5647ef9593

even this is one of the best seller paper as you can see from the sold figures above but these are not recommended for Ricoh ,i suggest to use the Visijet which will give you a better result link below for all paper option

Our phonelies are very busy during the day,In case you dont received any reply for your phonecall please email our technical support team at techsupport@coralgraph.com and they will be happy to help ,you will receive a reply same day normally within 1-2 hours
