Liyu or UK brand

Hi,
I have a graphtec craftrobo c200-20, a nearly A4 cutting plotter. It cuts decently, but it's very noisy and slow.
I read in this forum about Liyu plotters and from what i understood they are good cutting machines, but...
how fast they really are?
how noisy the really are?
Liyu and UKBRAND looks the same for me as they have the same "tech specifications", am i wrong? which is the best offer ?
I plan to use the plotter mainly for large wall art with very small details in it. Are these cutters what I'm looking for?

Can't comment on either of those but if your budget will stretch take a look at Graphtec CE5000-60 which I understand is now the CE6000-60. I have one and it is an excellent machine.

Thanks roger, I saw the graphtec one but it is not in my current bugdet. I ask those who have a Liyu or ukbrand if he can give me some more info
