Ricoh printer
Sawgrass Inks
Powerdriver
Trupix classic paper
200 degrees, 20 minutes

Playing with the oven and wraps and just had an odd one

The printer output was fine, wrap the mug and cook. Other mugs with the same image done in the presses same day fine.

Black is nice black, brown is purple on the mug and the paper! I haven't encountered this before and would have said wrap/oven timings pressure needs sorting, BUT other prints of the same image on a T-shirt did the same thing, 4 beautiful, 1 brown was purple.
I will see what happens today.

There were 20 intense A4 prints done yesterday, and apart from Numpty Error, all was fine.
Any ideas?

Check your cyan head - the only time i've ever had a problem (happened twice for some reason) the cyan head needed a clean - one head clean later and the problem was fixed.

Cheers John
Just done a nozzle check, alll appears fine, but will do a clean.

I have just done a reprint and all has come out well. I was thinking towards a head block, so thanks for confirming my suspicion.
