Just set up my printer and the prints both on normal paper and on sub paper are faded and watery looking.
Any ideas?

Re: Epson WP-4015
Have you tried pressing any yet? Sometimes the image does look a little faded and colours will be different until pressed.

In addition to Justin's question...
What inks are you using?
What graphics program are you using?
Do you have an ICC Profile for yours inks/printer combination?
Is it installed as per suppliers instructions into your graphics program?
